Ozzie has been looked after by Brinkleys for six years , since a puppy and he has loved every minute. He is treated like one of the family!  The fact that he can have a groom while he’s being looked  after is an added bonus and we’re keen to get his teeth cleaned as this is an extra service that’s just been added. 
Xana is a wonderful professional and her extra advice and care, especially after Ozzie’s surgery and recovery last year was invaluable.

Barney has been going to Brinkley's since he was a puppy. Xana is so good with him and he's like one of their family. We never worry about him when he's there because we know he will be looked after so well.  Barney loves a pamper in the ‘spa’ and we're excited about Xana starting teeth cleaning. We know how gentle she'll be and if anyone can clean them it will Xana as he totally adores her. Just be aware that when you drop your dog off they won't give you a backwards look because they know how much fun they're about to have. Brinkley's (Xana) truly is a home from home for your dog whether day care or grooming you couldn’t want your dog to be in better hands.

My Cavapoo has been attending Brinkley's for 2 years. My dog is like part of the family there. She is looked after so well I couldn'tt wish for a better second home for her whilst I am at work. My 10 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Ozzie, has been boarding at Brinkley's since he was a puppy. It really is a home from home and although we miss him terribly we never worry about his well-being as Xana is a professional and Ozzie adores her and the whole family - human and canine!  Brinkley and his 2 brothers Hunter & Hamilton are the most wonderful company for Ozzie and I really feel like I’m giving him a holiday with his pals. Shana has dealt with every medication, limited diet and behavioural instruction we’ve presented her with. We know Ozzie is safe in her hands - she loves Ozzie as if he was her own. We were over the moon when Brinkley's expanded to include Grooming and now teeth cleaning. 

Xana and Brinkley's make being a dog owner much easier! 

We were recommended to Xana via our vets with our sensitive poodle. Other groomers had not been able to help us. Xana has been extremely patient, kind, and caring to our lovely girl and has really improved her tolerance to being groomed. She gave us good advice too. 
We have recommended her to someone else for their poodle and they were very pleased. We couldn’t be happier and we have a good routine now and it’s always a pleasure to see Xana.

Xana always does a fantastic groom, Buddy leaves looking and smelling lovely. Xana truly cares for the dogs that go there and I feel totally at ease leaving Buddy there. He can be a bit nervous around people, but never hesitates to go into the grooming salon!
