• Brinkley’s Grooming requires that you disclose, when booking, if your dog has difficult or aggressive behaviour.

• No liability will be accepted by Brinkley’s Grooming for injury caused by difficult or aggressive behaviour by your pet.

​

• In the event of injury or illness a vet may be called and unless it can be clearly shown that we are liable, all costs in connection with treatment will be at the owners expense. Dog insurance is recommended.

• No liability will be accepted by Brinkley’s Grooming when any health problem is uncovered or aggravated, by any part of the grooming process.

​

• Excessive delays in you picking your dog up, after advised pick up time will incur charges.

​

• An additional cost will be incurred for any dogs that require de-matting or removing a matted coat. This is also a time-consuming and high risk process which incurs additional costs through dulling of equipment. Any additional products used in de-matting will be charged for.

​

• Flea baths incur an additional cost as not only do the dogs have to sit in the flea shampoo for 10-15 minutes to eradicate them but we also have to fumigate the whole salon to prevent fleas from settling or spreading.

​

• We do not express anal glands.

​

• All clients must fill out, sign and date a record card and agree to the disclaimer before the grooming process. All clients boarding will be required to fill out and sign an information and consent form.

​

• Please make sure all dogs are well walked and given ample opportunity to toilet before arriving at their grooming appointment. Additional fees will be incurred for defecating and urinating where this has obviously not happened.

​

• We reserve the right to refuse any dog that presents a risk of injury to itself or anyone at Brinkley’s Grooming.

​​

• A deposit of £20 is taken for all grooming appointments made. This deposit is non-refundable. It is non-transferable if less than 48hrs is given.

• Late collection of dogs will incur charges
